The Art of James Wilkinson

James artwork spans 6 decades. In that time he has met many of his subjects and not only painted them but they have also created art with him and contributed to his canvas.

Once every couple of months James curates an exhibition from The Fame Bureau art collection, which has over 3000 pieces of original album and single cover art and the corresponding  promotional art.

Alongside the album cover art James also chooses complimentary contemporary art from a very select number of artists to exhibit alongside the historic pieces

Our social media sites feature James talking about the art from our collections and with various subjects and collaborators associated with art and music.

Our gallery tours offer a deeper understanding of our exhibitions and collection through expert-led exhibitions.
